Gabriela is a 38 years old, experienced Yoga teacher & Yoga therapist who weaves the knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda & Jyotisha in her Vedic Counselling practice. In preparation for her own journey through perimenopause, she has spent the last 5 years studying and learning about the female body, working exclusively with women for the past 3 years. Session 1 - May 24 

This is where we set the foundation. In the first session you will learn about the female body through the lense of Yogic anatomy, and understand the basics of Ayurveda. The teachings will be supported with a practicum session so you can embody the teachings through practice on the mat.

Session 2 - May 26

This part is dedicate to Perimenopause. During the lecture we will be going through the modern, yogic & ayurvedic science behind the changes happening in a female body. I will be sharing tools & practices which can help support these changes, and in the evening you can enjoy a self Yoga therapy session with Pranayama.

Session 3 - May 28 

In the last part of the course we will be exploring Menopause through the lense of the Yogic Life Stages (Ashramas) and how can we make the most, and cultivate the wisdom of this life stage. The practicum session will focus on joint mobility, reflection, contemplation & meditation.
