The Nest is a journey for the Woman who is prepared to return home to herself through nectar-filling practices for deep rest & rejuvenation, from the sister sciences of Yoga & Ayurveda.
A five-week winter intensive container of rest & rejuvenation for women who have been carrying too much, who crave true rest, gentle nourishment, and a path back to their own radiance.
During the five weeks journey you will have the opportunity to join the weekly live classes which will guide your daily self paced rituals and resting practices. You will learn how to create daily rituals and sacred pockets of deep rest.
Inside The Nest you will find practices to support you in taking care of your nervous system, improve sleep, nurture your body through self massage & yoga, connect to your womb, return to your rhythm & intuition.

A 5 week group programme that will support you in building sacred pauses in your daily life, through the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda.

I am passionate about creating spaces for women to discover the power of sacred pause, through deep rest and rejuvenation.
Over the course of 5 weeks you will slowly be able to create sacred spaces for deep rest in your daily life. These spaces and times may seem like a small step, but they will be powerful, and filled with moments of rejuvenation.

Yoga teaches us that there is an intelligent Life Force, called Prāna, which is subtle, but it is carried by our breath.

Discover the nectar of night sleep
The doorway into the state of Yoga Nidrā is at your fingertips. On the other side you will find the nectar of night sleep.
Yoga Nidra has the potential to bring your body into a state of deep sleep, while having your counsciousness turned on. Through guided awareness practices of Yoga Nidra, your brain can enter delta brain waves, where healing and rejuvenation take place.
Restorative & TherapeutIc Yoga
To begin settling the mind, we must settle the body and we do so by allowing our body to be held.
The restorative yoga practices in this programme will teach you how to relax your body, finding comfort and ease. Once relaxed, the therapeutic yoga practices will support you in letting go of long held patterns in your body, encouraging transformation and revelation.

The Nest is a 5-week guided programme for women who are depleted, overstimulated, or disconnected from their inner rhythm — and who long for softness, warmth, and deep nourishment.
Designed intentionally for winter, this container honours the season of darkness, introspection, replenishment and rest.
This is the time when your body can truly rebuild — if you give it the space.

Hi! I'm Gabriela.
I think of myself as a complex woman, boderline a lot of things and a multipassionate human being - and this makes my life rich, colourful & sometimes overwhelming.
I discovered the therapeutic lens of Yoga, through my own experience of distress and ill health at a time when I was burned out, hopeless and extremely tired. I was desperate to find a solution, because I realised that I was completely empty.
I pursued a Yoga Nidra teacher training with Kaya Mindlin, while diving deeper into Yoga, Jyotisha & Ayurveda and during this time I discovered more about my own body as a woman, my rhythms & my cycles though the lens of the Vedic Sister Sciences. It gave me a systematic method of understanding my role and how to support my health & well-being so I began my journey in growing and nurturing a sacred relationship with deep rest.
I am a daughter, a carer for my mom with dementia. I am a wife, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a teacher, a counsellor, a sacred space holder, an astrologer, an entrepreneur, and mother to my cat and plants. These are my roles, and in order to show up & give, I learned that I need to learn how to receive.
I can support you in findinging your inner sanctuary, using gentle tools and practices coming from the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda, to realign yourself to the wisdom of your internal rhythms & inner well of rejuvenation.
With tools and technologies belonging to the Yogic Sister Sciences, I support & guide women, on their journey towards a healthy & balanced life, living in purpose and joy, nurturing a deep sense of belonging.

Sacred Space-Week 1
Soma-Week 2
Saturday January 24 Live Call. Discover Soma, the nectar of nourishment. In the second week you will learn how to give your body true nourishiment, eliminate toxins and develop rituals of self massage & self love. Week 2 Module is released on Sunday 25 Jan.
Sweet Joy-Week 3
Saturday January 31 Live Call. A pilgrimage through the deep waters of the pelvis, discovering the path to the to the inner well of sweetness. A week connecting to inner rhythms, and dropping into the womb space -the seat of supreme creativity & bliss. Week 3 Module is released on Sunday 1 Feb.
Golden Route-Week 4
Saturday February 7 Live Call. The sacred spine as the golden route between brain and gut, fuelled with Cosmic Life Force through Pranayama for long term cognitive health & hormonal balance. Week 4 Module is released on Sunday 8 Feb.
Step lightly -Week 5
Sunday February 15 Live Closing Circle. You will be given recommendations on how to continue with the resting routine, while slowly implementing more energising practices to welcome the energy of spring. Week 5 module is released on the same day.

You will be held through live classes, self-paced practices, meditations, & consciuous breathing to enhance your Cosmic Life Force. Through womb-centered awareness, restorative yoga, and nourishing rituals subtle tissues of your body will start rebuilding.

I've never been a good sleeper, so instead I used my nights to be productive
- to catch up with myself, because the quiet of night has something magical, just like I used the quiet of morning for meditation & yoga practices.
But the things is, I was using late nights and early mornings - and though they were all for the greater good, they burned me out. Yes, I burned out studying too much, working too much and doing too much Yoga. Like they say, burning the candle at both ends, and it started to show. I felt less enthusiastic, more agitated & anxious, my skin became dull and I began gaining weight again. Things weren't going well, and it all began with adressing my sleep & rest routine.
