This is where we set the foundation. In the first session you will learn about the female body through the lense of Yogic anatomy, and understand the basics of Ayurveda. The teachings will be supported with a practicum session so you can embody the teachings through practice on the mat, a combination of strength building asanas with opening & releasing tension.

This part is dedicate to Perimenopause. During the lecture we will be going through the modern, yogic & ayurvedic science behind the changes happening in a female body. I will be sharing tools & practices which can help support these changes, and in the evening you can enjoy a self Yoga therapy session with Pranayama.
