My name is Gabriela, and I am a Yoga teacher and Vedic Consultant. I have been practicing Yoga for over a decade and teaching since 2019. Through my offerings which come from the wisdom sciences of India, I support people transform their life, and discover healing, harmony & purpose. 

I am deeply passionated about my work, and I am a steward of my lineage. I live my Yoga as best as I can, because it has completly transformed my life. 

Even from a young age, I was already suffering with chronic anxiety, and as I grew up I discovered I was also living with chronic pain. Even with the constant anxiety and overwhelm, I became a highly functional boss-babe in a coporate background, until I had my first burn out at the age of 25, and the second one at the age of 27. I gave up the corporate world, and opened up my own cleaning business. By now I was regularly practicing Yoga which gave me the clarity to realise that my life was heading in a direction I didn't want to go. 

In the two years I ran my cleaning business, I saved money to go to India to pursue a teacher training, and from the moment I stepped foot on the mother land, everything began shifting. 

Fast forward to now, I have a small, but succesful business of teaching Yoga, working in private with Yoga Therapy, and supporting people through Natal Birth Chart Consultations. I am passionate about the tradition I am part of, so I regularly develop programs and workshops for people to be able to dive deeper into the wisdom of Indian Sciences.
