Just like you, I am a woman who has been struggling with keeping up during the winter season. I began feeling the pressure of the season ever since I was a child, being a winter baby, born on Winter Solstice - an introvert and a misfit.
Society asks a lot from us, and the rhythms that we are currently encouraged to ride are far from being aligned with the rhythms nature encourages us to ride.
Join me in this masterclass where I will be sharing with you the why behind our "winter struggles" from an Ayurvedic perspective, and offer you practical solutions so that you can find your way back to the cyclical wisdom that your body needs during the winter season.
