YES - I am ready to ResetComing home to yourself - YOU DON'T NEED ANOTHER DETOX.
You know that feeling when you just don't feel quite like yourself?
Maybe your digestion has been feeling sluggish.
Maybe you're bloated, heavy or irregular.
Maybe your appetite feels unpredictable.
Maybe you're tired and foggy, reaching for sugar or caffeine because you need a lift.
Maybe you've been eating on autopilot.
And even though you know you probably need to slow down, life doesn't exactly make slowing down easy.
You don't necessarily need a dramatic detox and you certainly don't need another set of rules telling you what you're doing wrong.
You don't need to punish your body.
Sometimes you just need a few days to pause & simplify.
- To eat simply.
- To rest.
- To listen.
- To digest.
- To let some things settle.
And to remember what it feels like to feel light, clear and connected to yourself.
That's what this reset is for.
I want to ResetYour digestion isn't only about food.
According to Ayurveda, Agni, your digestive fire, is central to transformation.
And digestion isn't only about what happens in your stomach.
We are constantly digesting: food, experiences, emotions, thoughts, change.
When digestion is supported, we have more capacity to process what life gives us.
When we're overloaded, depleted or constantly consuming, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simplify.
The Digestive Reset gives you a simple framework for doing exactly that.
Not to make you more disciplined and not to give you another lifestyle to live up to. But to create enough space to hear yourself again.

I created this Reset program because I needed it too.
Don't get me wrong, I haven't reinvented the wheel. Mono diet Resets, like the one inside this program, are a staple in the Ayurvedic world.
What I did was create a supportive journey, with step-by-step guidance and restorative practices that I wish I had.
I've been practising Yoga for years.I love food and cooking, and I never thought of myself as someone who had digestive problems.
And yet, when I began bringing Ayurvedic principles into my everyday life, I started noticing something: my body was telling me much more than I had been listening to.
As I simplified my diet and began paying attention to rhythm, routine, digestion and nourishment, other things began to shift too.
This wasn't about becoming “perfectly Ayurvedic.” It wasn't about following a strict lifestyle or strict rules.
It was about learning how to listen.
And eventually, I created the reset I wish I had: something simple enough to actually do, gentle enough to return to, and practical enough to fit into real women's lives.
That's the Digestive Reset.
For this Digestive Reset to work for you, you don't need to commit to a lifestyle of Āyurveda, you just have to commit to 3 days.

I woke up with a very positive and clear mind set. I felt much more focused after the Reset and had so much intention. I am planning to continue integrating a reset every month now.
Eva
After reseting my digestive system for 3 days with kitchari I stopped having constipation. I feel lighter now, more grounded and excited about the spices.
Sophie
I know realise how much of a bad neurological effect sugar & caffeine had on me. I noticed my skin is a lot softer and brighter and my chronic eye dryness is gone.
Imagine what three days of slowing down could give you.
A lighter feeling in your body
Give yourself a break from constantly deciding what to eat and simplify your meals around nourishing, easy-to-digest food.
More mental clarity
Create space away from constant stimulation and give yourself time for reflection, journalling and quiet.
Greater awareness
Begin noticing your hunger, cravings, energy, emotions and the signals your body is already giving you.
Deeper rest
Use Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra to make rest part of your reset.
A different relationship with food
Rather than simply fighting cravings or following another set of rules, become curious about what your body is asking for.
A practice you can return to
Learn a simple framework that you can revisit whenever you feel the need to press reset.
After taking the Digestive Reset you may notice:
- a lighter, less burdened feeling in your body
- more awareness of your hunger and cravings
- greater ease around food
- more mental clarity
- an opportunity to support your digestion
- deeper rest
- a stronger connection to your body's signals
- a renewed sense of intention
- practical tools you can return to whenever you need a reset
This isn't about becoming a different person in three days. It's about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

I felt much more focused after the Reset. It was like having clear boundaries, which now I miss. I will continue the Reset on a monthly basis, because it helped me so much.
Harriet
I felt very excited to do the Reset, and actually a little impatient for the cleanse to start. Just reading through the workbook has made me want to learn more about Ayurvedic methods.
Rebecca
I've eaten my lunch in the garden, and ate without looking at my phone. Now, after the Reset I feel less hungry. I realised it when I made my usual portion of breakfast and lunch today, but felt really full and had to leave some.
This isn't another detox program
Let's be clear about what you're not signing up for.
- You won't be starving yourself.
- You won't be surviving on green juice.
- You won't be weighing every ingredient.
- You won't be trying to “be good.”
- You won't be expected to overhaul your entire life.
Instead, you'll eat simple with a nourishing food called kitchari, cooked vegetables and supportive spices. This is a mono-diet Reset, which means we are eating the same food during the Reset to help our digestion to reset by offering predictability, while using ingredients which gently cleanse and nourish at the same time.
- You'll make space for rest.
- You'll practise.
- You'll reflect.
- You'll learn.
And you'll discover what happens when you give your body — and yourself — a little less to process.
This isn't about control.
It's about connection.
And you'll learn how to create your own reset — so this isn't something you buy once and forget about. It's a practice you can return to.
Your reset. Your rhythm.
You don't need to disappear from your life to take care of yourself. If you have work, children, family responsibilities or a full calendar, you can plan your reset around your life.
You can take:
- 3 DAYS if you have the space.
-
2 DAYS if that's what life allows.
-
1 DAY if that's what you need right now.
The point isn't to create another rigid routine to succeed at. It's to learn how to create space for yourself within the life you already have.
And once you've learned the framework, you can return to it again. You have one year of access to the programme.

I hadn't made the sleep - reset connection, but my REM time on my sleep app has been through the roof and I have had wild dreams. Didn't connect that with the reset.
Zsophie
I've been sleeping a lot better and had a lot more energy the past few days. I haven't been snacking today for the first time at all. Slowly building up to doing a 2 days reset.
Sally
So many people have been telling me how well I look. I've been getting so much rest during the day that I think I am really going to enjoy my last reset day.
