The Reset is gentle, simple & accesible. All you need is some time set aside, some mungs beans, basmati rice, and a few spices. I created this reset so that it can become an accesible tool for women to reset and recalibrate.

During the Live Community Spring Cleanse we will have live calls, to help you prepare for the reset and a community to share the experience with and share recipes. 

I will be sharing my exact method developed over years of taking different types of digestive resets, detoxes & cleanses, putting together all the goodness inside this programme.

Join the Spring Cleanse

This is exactly what is going to happen:

  • Once you sign up, you gain access to the portal with step-by-step guidance on how to take the Reset at home. You can begin going through the content; Apriximately 1 h for the Introduction and short accesible practices to choose from. 
  • You then loosen up your schedule between 17-19 April and prepare to eat a mono diet of mung beans & rice.
  • On April 12 we have an online opening circle as a community, where we will be discussing more about scheduling and how you can tailor the Reset to fit your schedule & lifestyle.
  • The following week you slowly begin eliminating certain foods from your diet to slowly prepare the body. 
  • You begin slowing down by April 17 and schedule time to cook your meals. 
  • During the 3 days you will be taking daily 30 min to 1 h of rest, self reflection or practices like Yoga and Yoga Nidra (You have access to recordings inside your portal). 
  • A closing Live Circle will take place on April 19 with further steps on how to come out from the Reset the following days.
  • During the Reset you will be part of a private group on WhatsApp where we will be in touch, share our experiences and meals. 
  •  After the Reset you will feel lighter, yet more energetic. Your mind will gain clarity, and your digestion & immune system will strengthen.

This beautiful science teaches us that everything begins with Agni. This is the element of Fire, which rules over our digestion. It supports the digestion of food, thoughts & emotions, being the key to any transformation. Agni will burn & purify anything you offer it, but if your Agni isn't strong and healthy, it will either devour or burn out. An Ayurvedic Reset is the perfect way to gently cleanse and reignite your digestive fire. You can take the full reset each time the seasons change, but you can do a shorter version monthly, resulting in better digestion of food, emotions & thoughts.

The Schedule

You make your schedule after you listen to the recommendations. The 3 days reset is designed in such a way that you can pause around your responsabilities. You will need around 2-3h a day during a 3 days of reset allocated for cooking, eating & self reflection (this can include Yoga, journalling, walking in nature etc). You could also reset for 2 days, or just 1 day. The key is in your hands and the real magic happens in the Monthly LIVE Q&A sessions where you can bring questions, reflections and share experiences.

What I love most about this reset is that it doesn't ask us to starve ourselves, or consume juices like a lot of popular detox diets do. During the reset you will be able to eat as much as you need, but with a simplified menu consisting mainly of cooked vegetables and kitchari. Kitchari is a nourishing & detoxifying dish made of mung beans and basmati rice. Besides diet, we are also setting aside time for self reflection, and engage in soothing practices to create space for letting go & transformation.

Hello, my name is Gabriela and I have been on a journey of cultivating an Āyurvedic & Yogic lifestyle for the past 8 years. Yoga was the first act of self care I showed myself, and then came Āyurveda & Vedic Astrology. Once I began noticing the changes in my life, I could never look back. Glowing skin, vitality, nourishment and blessed be, good health & understanding of reality.

I have been dealing with health issues my whole life, but I never thought I had problems with my digestion. I enjoy eating, cooking and I always thought my digestion works pretty well. When I began introducing an Āyurvedic diet & routine into my life, my health issues started to resolve. I didn't realise at that time how important diet was, though I had been vegan for 2 years and vegetarian for 8 years. Having an Āyurvedic & Yogic approach to my lifestyle & diet is a work in progress, and it has become a partnership that I have chosen for myself, but that doesn't mean you have to do it too.
